“The tour was modified due to cable car maintenance as we drove up the mountain. Beautiful views from the mountain top and our tour guide, Carlos, took some very neat pictures of us. We visited the rum factory for rum sampling after the mountain visit. Amber Museum was the next stop before our lunch stop at a quaint restaurant. Carlos modified the tour at our request and our wonderful driver, Max, drove us safely back to the cruise ship. We had an enjoyable day.”

“This booking was created by a taxi driver who isn't associated with any tourism , which led to many suspicious things. The driver did not offer any water, sodas etc that were part of the above package. He did not speak English, which led to more confusion and hectic. Had to loop in local port officials to get the authenticity of the driver, and as we have already prebooked the service and couldn't cancel on the day, just went with it. Highly disappointed with the experience.”
